About the position

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Classical Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to educate clients on proper body mechanics and movement patterns. As a Classical Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for designing engaging and effective programs that cater to the diverse needs of our clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group Pilates classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout for all participants.
• Educate clients on proper techniques, body mechanics, and the principles of Pilates to enhance their understanding and performance.
• Design one-on-one personalized fitness programs tailored to the specific needs and goals of clients, incorporating elements from various disciplines such as dance, kickboxing, and personal training.
• Monitor client progress and provide feedback to encourage improvement and motivation.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring all equipment is safe and properly maintained.
• Engage in fitness sales by promoting classes and programs to potential clients, fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other fitness professionals for cross-training opportunities, workshops, or special events.

Requirements

• CPR Certification
• Anatomy knowledge

• Mid-level body mechanics
• Excellent communication skills
• AED Certification
