About the position

Designers are at the core of Caesarstone’s business. Whether commercially focused A&D or residentially focused at the kitchen and bath retail level, designers are an important member of our customer base. The Channel Marketing Manager will focus on developing strategy for interaction with these 2 audiences, nurture these relationships, and create / maintain critical sales enablement tools/systems, ensuring best Caesarstone representation at industry events and managing lead generation opportunities. This role will ensure that the face of Caesarstone is established as a brand and category leader to drive market influence with architects, designers, and design influencers & educators.

Responsibilities

  • Develop persona driven strategies designed to grow brand awareness and take market share based on a deep understanding of customer segments, decision makers, and our go-to-market sales initiatives.
  • Develop content of new materials and tools to foster in designated channels, including playbooks, demand and lead generation tools, collateral, competitive positioning, training materials, sales enablement materials, business support and digital solutions.
  • Work with brand team to produce materials in print, digital, marcom, and social media that support strategies and content direction in alignment with global brand guidelines.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives, product launches, and sales enablement tools.
  • Be the voice of the go-to-market needs of the respective audience within the organization and external parties as needed.
  • Identify growth opportunities through coordinating Voice of the Customer studies, market analysis, customer needs assessments and competitive analysis. Develop insights through these efforts that feed into our services & business strategy development.
  • Track the success of marketing initiatives through KPIs, ROI analysis, and customer feedback. Develop CRM dashboards in conjunction with sales for better alignment between sales and marketing.
  • Work with industry associations to elevate the Caesarstone brand within key segments.
  • Manage budget for A&D / K&B activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business-related field required.
  • 5+ years marketing experience, preferably within furnishings, home fashions, or building products industries.
  • Ability to quickly assess and execute the logistical components of bringing a marketing idea to fruition.
  • Experience in event management, trade shows.
  • Knowledge of how to connect and communicate with the key A&D market segment.
  • Ability to extract and present useful information from post-campaign analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid analytical and budget management skills.
  • CRM programming and usage (Salesforce and HubSpot).
  • B2B experience a plus.
  • Up to 15% travel required.
