About the position

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Train, manage, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and manage ordering processes to minimize waste.
  • Ensure all food handling practices comply with health regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor food presentation and quality to maintain high standards in line with fine dining expectations.
  • Implement cost control measures while maintaining quality in food preparation and service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting is required.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices, including food handling and safety protocols.
  • Experience in team management within a culinary environment is essential.
  • Familiarity with bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience through beverage pairing.
  • A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences is crucial.
