About the position

The Church Accompanist position at Venture Out Interdenominational Church is a seasonal role focused on providing musical support for choir rehearsals and Sunday services. The accompanist will play a key role in enhancing the worship experience through traditional sacred music and occasional contemporary songs, working closely with the choir director and church board.

Responsibilities

• Accompany Thursday choir rehearsals from 3:30 to 5:00 pm.
• Play for Sunday services from 8:30 am to 10:00 am.
• Assist in the selection and preparation of offertory and weekly hymns.

Requirements

• No prior experience required, but musical proficiency is expected.
