Responsibilities

• Provide investigation and analysis for civil and criminal litigation and insurance claims.
• Prepare detailed reports and provide expert testimony as needed.
• Conduct field engineering studies and incident investigations.
• Perform highway/roadway geometric design and traffic control assessments.
• Oversee construction inspection and management activities.
• Design access/egress solutions and signal systems.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
• PE license required
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in highway/roadway engineering
• Experience with DOT regulations and standards
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent technical, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
