Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in designated area/brand/category by offering outstanding service and product knowledge.
• Maintain compelling merchandise presentation.
• Build personal clientele and educate other colleagues.
• Create an in-store easy, seamless and fun experience to build and cultivate customer relationships.
• Embrace and be proficient with technology.
• Act as a product knowledge expert and ambassador for the brand/category.
• Participate in the merchandising and operational requirements of the role.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs.
