About the position

The Clinical Training Specialist (CTS) for Endoscopy - URO/ENT at Ambu is a pivotal role focused on educating customers about the effective use of Ambu's endoscopy products. This position is integral to driving product adoption and utilization, ultimately contributing to revenue growth. The CTS will work closely with sales teams and key stakeholders in clinical settings, ensuring that medical professionals are well-trained and competent in using the products. The role requires a customer-focused individual with strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of clinical applications.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Regional Sales Director (RSD) and Sales Representatives to identify target accounts.
  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships by promoting the Ambu value proposition with key stakeholders in clinical settings.
  • Become a recognized expert in product and clinical technical competencies and the competitive landscape.
  • Provide technical and clinical support during surgical procedures.
  • Train all converted accounts and help expand business within the assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Health Economics.
  • Promote the Ambu value story around single-use versus reusable products.
  • Ensure all physicians and relevant clinical personnel are fully trained in the clinical uses of Ambu's Endoscopy products.
  • Communicate frequently, reporting on case notes and product feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in company trainings, tradeshows, and corporate meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of applicable clinical experience.
  • Full understanding of guidelines and policies in relevant clinical departments.
  • Extensive experience with Urology and ENT procedures preferred.
  • Relevant certifications preferred.
  • High level of business acumen and strategic planning using data and analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
  • Must reside within assigned region.
  • Valid driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales or customer training roles within the medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of health economics and its application in clinical settings.
