Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating all activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and contract documents.
• Effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and owners.
• Performing daily quality control and safety checks.
• Reporting all safety incidents to the Senior Construction Manager.
• Accurate and timely reporting of all daily jobsite activity within Construction Management Software.
• Maintaining a neat, orderly, and safe job site.
• Inventory and approve all building materials before installation.
• Conduct on-site and virtual meetings with subcontractors and office personnel.
• Conduct weekly task-specific Toolbox Talks with subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Ten years' experience as a Construction Manager, Site Superintendent, or equivalent.
• OSHA 30 certified or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
