About the position

This role is responsible for overseeing contracts, collecting costs for proposals, tracking and analyzing current sales activities and developing improved IT sales and marketing data management solutions, action plans, analyzing sales performance, market trends, customer data, and pricing strategies to help optimize revenue and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience with data tools and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Overall management of marketing database; create, review and approve change requests.
  • Periodic Audits including general maintenance and improvements to the marketing database.
  • Manage feasibility notifications to meet internal business needs.
  • Ongoing and regular proposal/ contract audits to ensure ARC standards are met.
  • Manage all complete contracts, including but not limited to terms, entity & legal reviews.
  • Complete competitive analysis of Sales Process.
  • Maintain Sales database ensuring part numbers and stages are correctly identified.
  • Provide monthly sales data and complete regular uploads into the database for accurate reporting.
  • Host sales meeting with plant leadership for appropriate forecasting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, statistics or a related field.
  • One plus years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics or a similar role.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
