We are currently looking for a Community Sales Manager for The Fairmont by Barclay House.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue goals through lead generation and conversion activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with General Managers/Executive Directors and the community team.
  • Cultivate a deep knowledge of the customer and the local market.
  • Manage all aspects of lead generation, including generation, cultivation, and maintenance of external professional relationships.
  • Increase awareness, reputation, and knowledge of the community with key decision makers.
  • Partner with the General Manager/Executive Director and Divisional sales team to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
  • Review and analyze available sales data for the community and the market.
  • Create goals and action plans to achieve sales metrics.
  • Meet established targets for lead and lease conversion.
  • Work with paid referral partners to develop and convert leads.
  • Respond to all potential leads with timely follow-up and ensure the CRM system is up to date.
  • Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents or interested parties.
  • Facilitate training and continuous coaching for community staff.
  • Make outbound sales calls to potential leads.
  • Promote and facilitate on and off-site events that drive lead generation.
  • Manage the community marketing budget and maintain promotional branded material inventory.
  • Develop and maintain an effective internal referral program with residents.
  • Ensure that the community is staged, marketable, and aligned with Company standards.
  • Negotiate incentives and terms of rental agreement with prospective residents and/or family members.
  • Manage and update CRM system to ensure detailed information is entered from all lead sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Two (2) years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of setting goals and achieving results.
  • Experience working with seniors required.
  • Skilled at creating relationships through various methods of communication including telephone, face to face, networking events, and on-site lead generation events.
  • Exceptional persuasive problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with high demand for results.
  • Ability to travel within the local market to attend various events for the purpose of lead generation.
  • Proficient with CRM tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must possess valid driver's license.
