About the position

The Construction Estimator will collaborate with the preconstruction and business development team to review project plans, requirements, and specifications. This role involves performing quantity take-offs, pricing, and bidding for construction projects, ensuring accurate and competitive estimates.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, requirements, and specifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs for construction projects.
• Price and bid construction projects accurately.
• Analyze, plan, prepare, develop, and document the entire estimating and proposal process.
• Maintain cost estimating tools, including databases and spreadsheets.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as an Estimator.
• Strong computer skills for maintaining estimating tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly process information and make decisions.
