Positioned at the intersection of operational coordination and student engagement, this role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including process management, budget reconciliation, creative outreach, and event promotion. The coordinator plays a central role in managing purchasing systems, tracking payments, and maintaining fiscal documentation for the United Student Association and over 90 recognized student clubs and organizations, ensuring timely reconciliation and compliance with institutional policies. With a strong focus on both customer service and behind-the-scenes logistics, this position supports office workflows, assists in managing student life communication platforms, and promotes key programs, including housing selection, summer conferences, and living-learning communities. The role is essential in enhancing occupancy efforts, amplifying the student experience, and contributing to a welcoming and well-organized campus environment.
