As Creative Director, you’ll lead a growing team of designers, producers, and multimedia specialists to bring our brand vision to life. You’ll turn strategy into campaigns that inspire, engage, and deliver measurable results across web, app, lifecycle, and performance marketing channels. This is a hands-on leadership role — perfect for someone who blends big-picture creative direction with precision and drive to execute at speed.

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team.
  • Translate design systems into scalable playbooks for campaigns, lifecycle, product, and membership launches.
  • Build repeatable creative delivery processes (templates, QA, intake flows) that improve velocity and quality.
  • Design high-performing experiences across Google Shopping ads, paid banners, and digital campaigns that maximize CTR.
  • Optimize landing pages through A/B testing and funnel improvements.
  • Create email journeys with strong click-through and engagement.
  • Develop websites with interactive tools, assessment flows, and conversion funnels.
  • Partner with Growth & Ops to align creative with performance insights and CRO.
  • Work with Lifecycle to personalize creative across member and caregiver journeys.
  • Measure and report on creative velocity and campaign performance, tying creative output directly to business impact.
  • Establish a test-and-learn framework with Ops and Growth, using A/B, multivariate, and personalization testing to continuously improve creative effectiveness.
  • Partner with the Head of Brand to transform positioning and strategy into performance-ready assets.
  • Implement QA and feedback loops to reduce rework and accelerate time-to-market.
  • Own the creative pipeline from intake to delivery, producing assets across paid, web, app, and lifecycle channels at scale and speed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops to optimize workflows, automate processes, and align creative production with campaign build and launch timelines.
  • Use data to evaluate creative effectiveness.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate asset creation and personalization.
  • Stay ahead of design, longevity, and membership marketing trends.
  • 10+ years leading creative teams (agency or in-house), ideally in digital-first, membership, or consumer brands.
  • Proven track record delivering brand systems into scalable, high-performance campaigns.
  • Strong grounding in conversion-focused creative (CRO, lifecycle, personalization).
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Familiarity with CMS/headless environments (Sanity, Contentful, Builder.io).
  • Understanding of email, lifecycle, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization platforms.
  • Comfort exploring AI creative tools (Firefly, MidJourney, Runway, etc.) to improve speed and personalization.
