We are currently seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to create visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing peers and business leaders to design marketing, sales and internal business assets for a wide variety of projects, including campaigns, journeys, communications, collateral, websites, and retail locations.
  • Obtain input from marketing peers and business leaders to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately.
  • Work with marketing peers and business leaders to produce relevant content and sales/operational enablement tools that meet the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload.
  • Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.
  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, videos and marketing materials.
  • Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related area of study.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Experience with B2B communication.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations and HR.
  • A high level of attention to detail and good organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to interpret business needs into marketing and sales opportunities.
  • Must be passionate about customer experience and demonstrate a willingness to stay up-to-date with an ever-changing list of marketing design best practices, new technologies, and new ideas.
