About the position

Join our newly opened Jersey Mike's franchise in Palm Beach Gardens as a Crew Member. This role offers a dynamic and uplifting work environment with opportunities for growth, including potential promotion to shift leader within two months. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us expand our team and provide excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve food items according to Jersey Mike's standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Assist in training new crew members as needed.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability during daytime hours from 10 AM to 4 PM is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
• Interest in advancing to a shift leader position.
