As the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, you will manage and improve our adhoc email marketing and mobile messaging channels. You will use CRM tools to ensure messaging is personalized to bring repeat traffic and conversions to our e-commerce and retail stores. If you have experience with customer retention and creating seamless customer journeys, this is the role for you. You will report to the Senior Manager, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process of email and mobile messaging campaigns, including coordinating with email production vendors, asset delivery, quality assurance (QA), and deployment.
  • Lead the setup of email campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, tagging, QA, and proofing.
  • Ensure campaign deployment for ad-hoc promotional emails.
  • Partner with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to provide a seamless and coordinated consumer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to guarantee the accurate deployment of email and mobile messages.
  • Work with creative teams to maintain responsive email and mobile messaging templates that align with brand guidelines.
  • Analyze main metrics (click-through rates, conversion rates, engagement) in real-time and use insights to adjust content and improve performance.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new opportunities and best practices for email and mobile marketing.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in a relevant field.
  • 1+ years of experience (preferably in a marketing role).
  • Experience with HTML and content management tools.
  • Experience working with internal and external partners.
  • Experience using third-party email applications or CRM tools.
  • Experience using web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Curious, enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible.
