The CRM Business Product Owner plays a key role in leading successful rollouts and ongoing enhancement of the company’s CRM platform and related systems. Acting as the primary liaison between local business stakeholders and technical teams, this role ensures that the local business goals are communicated and aligned to the company’s CRM roadmap, ensuring operational excellence. Representing more than 400 business users in North America this role comes with many exciting opportunities to drive key strategies and delivery initiatives across a complex global business organization working closely with technical staff and company stakeholders in various locations. The CRM Business Product Owner will require domestic and international travel and after hours support and maintenance, as necessary.
