About the position

The Customer Experience Representative works directly with our customers in all stages of the sales process from initial product inquiry, quoting, order placement and post order care. Heavy interaction with customers via email, telephone and online meetings. The position will also interface with all internal departments as well as senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers on product inquiries and convert to orders.
  • Interface with our manufacturing team to help manage existing orders moving through production.
  • Manage key customers as assigned.
  • Interface with outside sales representatives collaboratively to achieve sales goals.
  • Produce accurate and timely sales reports as required.
  • Able to follow all departmental standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Administration experience: 2-3 years.
  • Sales experience: 3-5 years.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accurate typing skills of 40+ wpm.
  • Must possess excellent conflict resolution and decision making skills.
  • A proven ability to work well in a multi-tasking, fast paced team environment.
  • Printed Circuit Board knowledge a plus!

Nice-to-haves

  • Degree preferred but substantial experience is adequate.
