We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Customer Marketing Manager to build and scale a customer marketing function that turns our customers into advocates and storytellers. This person will own and drive initiatives across customer advocacy, case studies, events, and community engagement—highlighting how real people and businesses are achieving success with our products. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Comms to amplify customer voices and insights that shape how we go to market and grow. This role is both creative and analytical, ideal for someone who thrives on building new programs, telling powerful stories, and driving measurable business impact.
