About the position

Join 1st Franklin Financial as a Customer Service Representative, where you will leverage your interpersonal skills and business knowledge to meet customer needs. This role involves building relationships with customers and staff, ensuring confidentiality, and providing exceptional service through effective communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and respond to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Build internal and external relationships.
  • Ensure customer confidentiality and maintain private information.
  • Interview customers and process applications, making recommendations for product and service approval.
  • Process payments, verify cash, endorsements, and issue receipts.
  • Prepare and present assigned daily marketing offers.
  • Responsible for assigned collection of customer accounts.
  • Compile and maintain records of all daily assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to meet current licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment.
  • Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at various levels and differing social and business settings.
  • Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information.
  • Action and result focused.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite products.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile.
