Responsibilities

  • Amaze our guests at every touchpoint, including inbound calls, chats, and emails.
  • Exceed guests' expectations of friendly, efficient, and helpful service.
  • Develop a quest for knowledge to understand the brands and locations we represent.
  • Identify, research, and resolve issues to utmost customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with your manager and teammates to meet individual and overall service goals.
  • Be proactive in keeping up with relevant product updates and trainings.
  • Build, develop, and cultivate relationships with repeat guests, travel partners, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Desire to anticipate, recognize, and exceed guests’ needs.
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Enthusiastic attitude ready to tackle challenges.
  • Ability to maintain focus while prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new software programs.
  • High standards and accountability for work.
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work overtime as required.
  • Availability to work any shift during business hours including evenings and weekends.
  • TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) certification required within first 60 days of employment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service or travel industry.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems.
