The Customer Service Representative (Patient Advocate) for IME Guards plays a crucial role in assisting claimants during medical appointments related to legal cases. This part-time position requires the representative to accompany claimants to appointments, ensuring they receive the necessary support and documentation during their medical evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Meet the claimant at the doctor's office.
• Make a detailed hand-written record of the Independent Medical Examination (IME).
• Create a computerized report of the IME.
• Submit the report in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Owns a car, not required but a big plus.
• Fluent Spanish is not required but a huge plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Fluent in Spanish.
