Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, assisting with transactions, inquiries, and account maintenance.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Bank teller/financial institution experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of banking procedures, policies, and regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in handling cash and conducting financial transactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to learn and a suitable personality for the role.
