About the position

Rusnak Auto Group is seeking a Digital and Website Marketing Manager to contribute to the success of the Marketing Department by developing, implementing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns to drive sales, service, and parts business. The role requires effectively utilizing resources of the marketing department and implementing best business practices to deliver superior client and associate satisfaction. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains best in class websites.
  • Utilizes agency and internal resources to ensure that all Rusnak websites and campaigns include current factory incentives and strong content.
  • Monitors Google analytics accounts and other web analytics tools, providing quarterly analytics reports to the Marketing team.
  • Leads website team and ensures websites meet both OEM and Rusnak standards.
  • Provides monthly reporting to dealership teams and helps hold them accountable in providing specials, inventory photos, and other web content.
  • Troubleshoots website and online inventory discrepancies using backend tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in a position of Marketing Coordinator, Lead, Supervisor, or similar positions in automotive, retail, or hospitality.
  • H.S. Diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.

Nice-to-haves

  • Undergraduate college degree in Business, Marketing, English or Communications.
