About the position

All Pro NYC is seeking a digital marketing & social media intern to help us grow our online presence, support healthcare recruiting, and launch our “ALL PRO Elite” Private Duty Team. If you’re creative, internet-savvy, and love sharing bold ideas, you’ll thrive here—and get rewarded for it!

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Brainstorm and execute innovative campaigns to recruit nurses, CNAs, and HHAs
• Collaborate on strategies to promote and monetize all of All Pro NYC’s products and services
• Support the rollout of our new private duty and training offerings
• Grow and engage our online community with creative posts and messaging

Requirements

• Very internet-savvy; social platforms are second nature
• Self-driven, independent, and excited by creative problem-solving
• Comfortable with writing, visuals, and content creation (bonus for video or design skills!)
• Passion for healthcare, social impact, or building a brand
• Eager to bring bright ideas that drive results
