About the position

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and innovate our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. This position requires a professional with a proven track record in managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, outlining customer journeys, leveraging data-driven insights, and optimizing content for maximum engagement and business growth. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee the Digital Marketing Team, manage the Propelled Brands’ “On Your Behalf (OYB)” Social Media and Email Programs, Content Planning, SEO optimization initiatives, and actively engage with Propelled Brands’ franchisees.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives across all owned digital channels, websites, and automated funnels, from strategy to execution.
  • Develop, manage, and execute a variety of digital content across all platforms (social media, website, blogs, email campaigns, etc.) to engage audiences and promote brand values.
  • Write and edit high-quality, engaging copy for digital platforms, including social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, landing pages, and more.
  • Lead the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and sales across multiple platforms.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities using core KPIs.
  • Oversee, develop, and optimize content for various blogs and websites using SEMrush, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.
  • Strategize and collaborate with the Creative and Content teams to produce compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  • Oversee the creation and management of monthly digital media content calendars for multiple brands.
  • Manage and optimize all social networks to foster active and engaged communities and drive content engagement.
  • Collaborate with the internal social media team to provide exceptional support and training to franchise owners and their staff.
  • Maintain and refine social media team processes, including onboarding, center openings, closures, and community management.
  • Manage relationships with key digital marketing vendors, ensuring productive partnerships and effective tool utilization.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve content effectiveness, lead generation, and customer retention efforts.
  • Stay abreast of digital trends, test new tactics and channels, and implement cutting-edge strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of the digital landscape.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, with a proven record of success in B2B and/or enterprise-level environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, content creation, and paid media strategies.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other key digital marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, content management systems (CMS), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Exceptional knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for engagement and growth.
  • Leadership and team management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • HubSpot Marketing Certification or a similar certification.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on business outcomes and KPIs.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing and growing multiple owned media marketing channels and funnels.
  • Proven track record of growing community, generating engagement, and producing leads organically.
  • Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including current trends and tools.
  • Hands-on experience and comprehensive understanding of the customer journey and conversion funnels.
  • Experience in graphic design, copy content creation, and ad campaigns, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Competent writer capable of crafting engaging copy.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail in campaign and timeline management.
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities and deadlines, and quickly learn new digital marketing tools.
