About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the digital success of Florida Paints by managing all digital properties, advertising initiatives, and CRM systems in collaboration with the Director of Marketing. This position is responsible for overseeing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising, ensuring that all campaigns are optimized for performance and aligned with Florida Paints' brand identity, and ensuring the website and the content included are current and in compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously review, update, and maintain the Florida Paints website.
  • Manage and oversee SEO, blogs, Ads, and Email Marketing activities (both in-house and in coordination with vendor partners).
  • Ensure the Florida Paints brand is represented properly and consistently across all Florida Paints locations and amongst all team members.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives, executives, and store team members to develop new methods and opportunities for brand representation in the field.
  • Issue weekly and monthly reports to track advertising activities and assess lead management/CRM effectiveness.
  • Identify trends and insights to help optimize advertising spend and performance across all channels.
  • Manage any vendors or contractors that are utilized for digital marketing purposes.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database to ensure accurate tracking of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Create, optimize, and manage workflows, automation, and sequences to enhance efficiency for sales and marketing teams.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights on sales performance, lead tracking, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity by conducting regular audits, data clean-up, and deduplication.
  • Train sales and marketing teams on best practices for using HubSpot, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform’s features.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HubSpot and coordinate with support teams as necessary.
  • Stay updated on HubSpot’s new features and updates, proactively implementing improvements to enhance system functionality.
  • Other duties/tasks, as assigned by the Director of Marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications.
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • HubSpot CRM certification or equivalent experience.
  • Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state department(s) of transportation regulations.
