As a Digital Product Analytics Lead on the Employee Experience Analytics Team, you will shape and lead data strategies that align with our product development initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Employee Experience Analytics, you'll be responsible for analyzing data while governing digital data collection frameworks, insights generation, creation of reporting, and creating data visualizations to enhance product insights and employee experience across platforms. You'll leverage your expertise in product analytics, digital data narratives, measurement systems, and digital analytics fundamentals to drive decisions through compelling data storytelling. You'll Collaborate with Digital Product Owners and engineering teams to integrate data-driven insights that enhance product features and improve the employee experience across platforms.
