About the position

You will develop and execute the firm's integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and digital marketing acquisition across our B2B and B2C business channels. Your strategic responsibility spans all forms of digital engagement, as well as demand generation, paid and organic search, email marketing, and digital analytics. You will also evolve the user experience across our digital platforms and be responsible for website content publishing and operations, in partnership with our technology team. You will report to the Director of Global Communications. This is an in-person role in our San Antonio or Boston office.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee our digital and email marketing strategy and execution, including third-party vendor management and budgeting
  • Build, mentor and manage a team of digital marketing and campaign professionals
  • Partner with Channel Marketing team to deliver fully integrated campaigns and client journeys, using innovative marketing tactics and technologies, across distribution channels
  • Serve as UX/UI expert in the development of new digital platforms and evolution of existing digital platforms
  • Successfully achieve key traffic, lead generation and other performance metrics through development and implementation of segmentation, targeting and creative optimization strategies
  • Be responsible for web operations and content across multiple Victory Capital-hosted sites
  • Oversee quality control procedures for the data and content on the site
  • Develop strategies to measure and improve overall search engine results, including SEO and paid search
  • Manage reporting and tracking of digital analytics to ensure results are achieved and strategies are optimized for maximum effectiveness
  • Maintain proficiency with digital technology developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years digital marketing experience; demonstrated success in managing web operations and leveraging digital and email campaign platforms to drive client acquisition
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a team
  • Expertise in SEO and paid search
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver unique and engaging user experiences
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with CMS, email campaign, digital analytics and CRM tools (experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, and SFDC is a plus)
  • Familiarity with investment products, including mutual funds and ETFs is a plus
