Responsibilities

• Participate in quarterly financial results announcements, including preparation of press releases and conference call scripts.
• Serve as a key resource and secondary contact for engaging with investors and analysts.
• Monitor sell-side analyst models and collaborate with FP&A and commercial finance leaders.
• Maintain Q&A documents and support diligence inquiries from financial stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior management regarding investor sentiment.
• Organize company news releases related to organizational changes and Board decisions.
• Act as the primary liaison with the New York Stock Exchange for operational activities.
• Oversee the development and production of the Annual Report to shareholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accountancy, communications, or journalism.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in investor relations or a related field.
• Thorough knowledge of the news media and investment community requirements.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to interpret financial information for external communications.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
