About the position

At SaaS Labs, Product Marketing is the strategic force behind our Go-To-Market (GTM) success. We’re looking for an exceptional Director of Product Marketing to take the helm, driving our positioning, storytelling, and revenue impact. If you’re a visionary leader with a passion for product marketing, a love for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to translate complex solutions into compelling narratives—this is your chance to make a mark. As a key leader, you will own the GTM strategy, shape our brand’s voice in the market, and enable our sales teams with the tools they need to win. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, leading a high-performing team that thrives on creativity, innovation, and results.

Responsibilities

  • Define Market Strategy – Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to position our products for maximum impact.
  • Customer-Centric Storytelling – Craft messaging that speaks to our ideal customer profiles (ICPs), ensuring differentiation in a crowded landscape.
  • GTM Execution – Lead high-impact product launches, develop compelling sales enablement assets (pitch decks, battlecards, and case studies), and drive adoption strategies.
  • Revenue Acceleration – Partner with Sales and Customer Success to optimize conversion rates and increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Data-Driven Optimization – Measure, analyze, and refine strategies based on performance insights and customer feedback.
  • Team Leadership – Mentor and scale a team of world-class product marketers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with a proven track record of leading GTM initiatives.
  • 5+ years leading high-performing teams, with a hands-on, strategic approach to leadership.
  • Master storyteller with exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Data-driven thinker who thrives on insights, analytics, and measurable impact.
  • Experience with PLG & SLG strategies and deep understanding of SMB and Mid-Market customer segments.
  • Domain expertise in CCaaS or adjacent markets is a plus.
