About the position

Since 1911, Skirvin a Hilton Hotel has been the heartbeat of Oklahoma City-hosting legends, leaders, and unforgettable moments that helped shape the city's cultural fabric. Today, following a stunning $20 million renovation, the Skirvin is stepping into a bold new era-and we're searching for a visionary Director of Sales & Marketing to lead that charge. This is your opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of a landmark hotel that's once again setting the standard. From the debut of Perle Mesta, a destination restaurant helmed by James Beard Award-winning Chef Andrew Black, to the continued buzz of the Red Piano Lounge and 18,500 square feet of iconic event space, the Skirvin is where history and hospitality meet modern sophistication. Located in the heart of a championship city-home to the NBA Champion Oklahoma City Thunder-this role is ideal for a culture-setter and storyteller. Someone who thrives in transformation, believes in the power of experience, and is ready to drive impact at every level. Join us as we reintroduce the Skirvin to the world.
