We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships & Product Integration to lead our efforts in building and managing strategic alliances that enhance our product offerings. This role will be pivotal in driving collaboration with key partners to ensure seamless integration of products and services, ultimately contributing to our growth and success. A key success factor for this position will be the years of experience you bring from your past experience in the ground transportation industry in North America. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with potential partners to enhance product integration and market reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

  • MUST have prior experience in the ground trucking and transportation industry in North America to qualify for this position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in strategic partnership development and product integration.
  • Product marketing experience.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Project and program management experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM solution.
