You will lead the Just Walk Out Technology product management team as we revolutionize physical retail by eliminating checkout lines and friction from in-store shopping experiences.

  • Own and drive the multi-year vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for JWO Product across new retail verticals and geographic markets
  • Drive key PRFAQs and OP1 documents for executive review, securing leadership alignment on strategic initiatives that shape JWO's future
  • Define and own business metrics, P&L responsibilities, and growth strategies that drive significant revenue expansion
  • Partner with go-to-market, product marketing, engineering, and science leadership to drive key decisions enabling global scale
  • Develop compelling enterprise value propositions and pricing strategies that accelerate adoption among enterprise retail partners
  • Build and nurture executive relationships with C-suite retail leaders to drive strategic partnerships, technology adoption, and inform product direction
  • Represent JWO Product strategy and roadmap at executive forums, including Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs), working directly with C-suite retail executives to drive strategic adoption decisions
  • Lead and develop senior product leaders while fostering a culture of innovation and customer obsession
  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • Experience driving enterprise-scale product strategy and execution
  • Experience building and leading senior product teams
  • Experience with P&L ownership
  • Experience communicating with executive leadership
  • Experience with retail industry dynamics and technology transformation
  • Experience driving enterprise technology adoption
