About the position
We are seeking a visionary and highly collaborative Product Director to lead our transformation in how we build and scale AI-powered low-code app development and integration platform capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to not only influence a critical product area but also to be a role model for product leadership, shaping how we define, deliver, and evolve products with a strong customer-led culture. You will be instrumental in fostering collaboration across Product, UX, Product Owners, and Engineering, and in scaling this high-impact model to other product areas within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own and articulate a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-native low-code app development, data, and integration platform capabilities.
- Pioneer and champion robust, data-informed, user-centric discovery processes, including frequent customer interviews and design sprints.
- Define and validate use cases through rigorous prototyping and customer feedback.
- Own and track key product outcomes, including customer activation, retention, and adoption.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX, and Engineering Leads to ensure seamless delivery.
- Forge strong partnerships with sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Mentor other Product Managers to evolve our product organization.
- Balance technical innovation with revenue opportunities and customer demand.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Product Manager in B2B low-code/no-code platforms or AI-based products.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across diverse teams without direct authority.
- Experience in redefining product processes and team collaboration frameworks.
- Strong technical fluency to design innovative low-code/no-code abstractions.
- Proven experience in enterprise software development and understanding of buyer journeys.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive clarity.
- Strong ability to prioritize according to critical customer needs and market dynamics.
- Highly collaborative individual comfortable working across all levels of the organization.
