About the position

We are looking for a product marketing leader with a deep passion for insights who loves building things from scratch in a highly dynamic environment. The Director, Product Marketing - NewtonX Hub will be responsible for leading the GTM strategy for NewtonX Hub and NewtonX Prime, two SaaS offerings. You will play a crucial role in creating the strategy, aligning internal teams on GTM, executing marketing plans, and driving customer adoption and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Own development and execution of GTM strategies for customer acquisition: Position and sell Hub and Prime within our core business model.
  • Develop and execute strategies for product adoption and retention: Create marketing and communications using owned channels and website to drive adoption and repeat use.
  • Define KPIs: Establish and measure metrics that are essential for success across marketing activities.
  • Manage stakeholder collaboration & alignment: Partner with the commercial team and leadership to gather insights and facilitate cross-team alignment on key messages and strategies.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive the adoption and retention of Hub and Prime, aligning KPIs with business goals.
  • Create content and plan the channel mix, including earned, owned and paid.
  • Own training for Hub and Prime to ensure adoption and impact.
  • Establish a repeatable workflow with the product team that distributes actionable customer insights, influences innovation and provides timely support for new releases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on SaaS or tech products.
  • Proven track record of executing successful GTM strategies and driving product adoption.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, packaging, and go-to-market tactics.
  • Highly self-motivated with a growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams (sales, marketing, product, leadership).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) and account-based marketing (ABM) is a plus.
