The Dream Manager will help TrueScripts team members achieve their dreams by developing plans with them. Reporting to the VP of People & Culture, this role collaborates with HR, Wellness, and the Chief Character Officer to create content for the Dream Manager/TrueLife program. This full-time position is vital for maintaining and enhancing TrueScripts' culture.

Responsibilities

  • Function as a mentor and coach for all Team Members.
  • Handle confidential information and contribute positively to the lives of team members.
  • Develop content to support the TrueLife Program and devise strategies to assist team members in realizing their dreams.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with team members.
  • Implement a hybrid work schedule working at least one day from the Corporate Office in Washington, IN.
  • Serve as a source of motivation and accountability for team members pursuing their dreams.
  • Create and facilitate programs aimed at enhancing and sustaining employee engagement.
  • Foster an environment that promotes cohesiveness and teamwork.
  • Assist team members in identifying and articulating their personal and professional goals.
  • Educate team members on how their personal aspirations align with company objectives.
  • Promote the program throughout the organization by organizing group sessions outside the program, sharing success stories of team members, and highlighting their achievements.
  • Guide team members through goal setting, dream realization, personal growth, and behavior modification.
  • Conduct assessments to identify individual needs, strengths, weaknesses, and coach them towards actionable items.
  • Advise team members on action plans for achieving their personal and professional goals.
  • Support team members in their personal and professional development.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the executive team and the organization regarding the initiatives, impact, and progression of the Dream Manager program.
  • Accept and act upon feedback from team members and executives to ensure the program remains organic and evolves to meet the company's needs.
  • Develop metrics to monitor and measure the effectiveness of the Dream Manager program and its impact on employee engagement and company goals.
  • Establish and maintain avenues for assisting team members in achieving their personal dreams.
  • Assist in budgeting and planning company celebrations and TrueLife events.
  • Participate in on-site events related to team members, culture, and community involvement.
  • Attend all company meetings.

Requirements

  • Preferred degree in Business, Finance, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in counseling or coaching.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Creativity and program development.
  • Life/Career/Financial coaching experience.
  • High standards of confidentiality.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Open-minded team player at all staff and management levels.
  • Attention to detail and efficient time/project management.
  • Will be required to attend and earn a Dream Manager Certification.
