About the position

EverCommerce is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of our Enterprise Reporting function – the high-level, executive-facing reporting layer that powers strategic decision-making across the company. This role is central to how we communicate key business performance indicators to senior leadership, including our CEO, CFO, Board of Directors, and business unit heads. As the Data Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap for enterprise reporting, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of accurate data, and acting as the subject matter expert on EverCommerce’s core KPIs. You’ll work cross-functionally with FP&A, business operations, data engineering, and executive stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, clarify business needs, and ensure alignment across reporting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Enterprise Reporting Roadmap: Define and manage the strategic direction of high-level reporting products used across the company, with a focus on usability, accuracy, and executive alignment.
  • Lead KPI Stewardship: Act as the SME on all enterprise KPIs – ensuring consistency, clarity, and documentation of definitions and methodologies.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Delivery: Collaborate with analytics, FP&A, and data engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of quarterly and monthly reporting packages (e.g., for Earnings Calls and Board meetings).
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leaders regarding enterprise reporting needs, data interpretation, and roadmap prioritization.
  • Reporting QA & Governance: Own the QA process and change management protocols for all executive reporting assets to ensure a high standard of data integrity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in data availability, reporting processes, and visualization tools, and work to drive improvements that scale across EverCommerce’s portfolio of businesses.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in a multi-brand or enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional data initiatives with executive visibility.
  • Deep understanding of business KPIs, financial metrics, and operational reporting.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience developing roadmaps and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to translate complex data topics into clear business language for senior audiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, dbt), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
  • Experience in the Payments domain - familiarity with tools, compliance requirements, standards, etc. is a big plus.

Benefits

  • Flexibility to work where/how you want within your country of employment – in-office, remote, or hybrid.
  • Continued investment in your professional development.
  • Day 1 access to a robust health and wellness benefits package, including an annual wellness stipend.
  • 401k with up to a 4% match and immediate vesting.
  • Flexible and generous (FTO) time-off.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program.
