Responsibilities

• Perform pressure cleaning services on various surfaces and heights.
• Participate in garbage valet services as needed.
• Conduct various maintenance jobs related to the multi-family industry.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience as a commercial pressure washer with references.
• Ability to work comfortably up to four stories high on roofs.
• Skilled in pulling trailers behind trucks.
• Ability to repeatedly climb up to 3 flights of stairs.
• Must have documentation to legally work in the US as a W2 employee.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Knowledge of minor small engine repair is beneficial.
• Management experience is a plus.
