  • Develop and maintain ETL processes using platforms such as Talend, Apache NiFi, Apache Airflow, or similar orchestration and transformation tools.
  • Design and manage workflows for data warehousing and integration solutions such as Databricks, AWS-native services (Redshift, Glue, S3), and Palantir Foundry.
  • Apply deep expertise in both SQL and NoSQL databases, designing schemas and queries to support high-volume, high-velocity, and unstructured data.
  • Integrate ETL solutions with cross-domain technologies such as AWS Diode, ensuring secure and compliant data flows.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL solutions, including data mapping, data lineage, and validation.
  • Perform pipeline monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and performance at scale.
  • Perform data profiling and quality analysis to ensure the integrity of mission-critical datasets.
  • Apply advanced data extraction techniques including OCR (e.g., Tesseract) and computer vision libraries (e.g., OpenCV) to handle non-traditional and unstructured data sources.
  • Collaborate with database administrators, cloud engineers, and IT teams to resolve issues across hybrid infrastructures.
  • Explore and integrate state-of-the-art methods, tools, and processes to modernize ETL and data pipelines.
  • Lead and mentor team members, balancing technical excellence with mission and business priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 14+ years of related work experience.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Extensive experience in data quality analysis and ensuring ETL data accuracy and completeness.
  • Proven track record developing and maintaining ETL processes using Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi, Apache Airflow, or similar.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience building, optimizing, and monitoring data pipelines in production.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and efforts, balancing quality and mission requirements.
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience with data warehousing and integration solutions (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS-native tools, Palantir Foundry).
  • Hands-on experience with pipeline monitoring frameworks and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with cross-domain integration technologies such as AWS Diode.
  • Experience with OCR (Tesseract) and computer vision tools (OpenCV) for advanced data extraction.
  • Knowledge of real-time/streaming data frameworks (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis).
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments (Kubernetes) to modernize data engineering practices.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
