Responsibilities

• Fabricate and fit components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Perform welding tasks using dual shield/hard wire and MIG techniques with mild steel.

• Communicate effectively with team members regarding project updates and challenges.

Requirements

• Previous experience in welding with dual shield/hard wire and MIG techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• High attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling for an 8-hour shift.
