Responsibilities

• Work with a team of professionals at various levels for planning and design assignments.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and internal taskings for assigned project elements.
• Prepare proposals and marketing materials, and attend various networking events.
• Create opportunities for the planning team and company.
• Work within the company project management protocols and procedures.
• Manage team resources and identify skill development requirements.
• Perform technical QA/QC of project deliverables.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in planning, architecture, engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience working on planning/design projects.
• Military experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple offices, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for working with large project teams.
• Proven ability to manage large projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to exercise professional discretion and judgment, with a critical eye for detail and competency.
• AICP Certification, Registered Architect, or Registered Landscape Architect is important.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
