Optum WA is seeking a Family Medicine with Obstetrics Physician to join their team in Seattle, WA. This role is integral to the Optum Care Delivery team, focusing on improving healthcare for patients through collaboration and innovative practice ideas. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to an average of 18-20 patients per day with varying visit lengths (15, 20, and 30 minutes).
• Focus on a Family Medicine with Obstetrics population, including healthy newborn rounding in the hospital.
• Collaborate with a large collegial group of Family Medicine physicians.
• Utilize Advanced Practice Clinician (PA/NP) and Scribe support to enhance patient care.
• Participate in light and shared call, with Triage RN call support.

Requirements

• Unrestricted WA state license or the ability to obtain one.
• Current DEA certificate required prior to start date.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification prior to start date.
