About the position

As a Financial Advisor-in-Training, you will join our Advice Team to assist in delivering exceptional financial advisory services. This two-year training program is designed to immerse you in the financial planning world without the pressure of generating new business, focusing on building client relationships and personal development as a financial advisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of financial advisory services as part of the Advice Team.
• Participate in a two-year training program to learn about financial planning.
• Build client relationships based on fiduciary advice.
• Lead client meetings and discussions.
• Focus on personal development through hands-on training with the Advice team.
• Learn to provide financial advice across various aspects of retirement planning.
• Obtain Series 65 registration and prepare for CFP® designation.
• Transition to managing your own clients upon program completion.

Requirements

• Serious interest in helping people with financial advice.
• 4-year college degree.
• Polished verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to client service.
• Extraordinary work ethic.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
