About the position

The Warehouse Billing Clerk at Impact Property Solutions is responsible for maintaining and updating the company's warehouse databases with accurate and timely data entry. This role is crucial for ensuring that the company has reliable information for billing and inventory management, supporting the overall efficiency of operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Enter flooring and manufactured good selections into computer database within 24-48 hours of receipt.
  • Assist with billing administration.
  • Adjust and close orders for sub-contractors to ensure accurate payroll.
  • Answer phone calls throughout the day and ensure flooring installer inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Enter revisions and changes and delete old selections when applicable.
  • Resolve problems related to correct data entry procedures.
  • Continuously email and call the sales department for approvals and notate any add-ons to orders.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or general office experience
  • Minimum 1 year of clerical experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Billing administrative experience
  • RFMS Systems Experience is a plus
