• Work directly with individuals, business owners, and families to help them secure their financial futures.
• Provide solutions for clients from a broad portfolio of innovative financial products.
• Collaborate with experienced in-house specialist advisors to meet client needs in areas such as wealth management, estate planning, and retirement planning.
• Leverage prior experience in various fields to enhance client relationships and service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and enhance professional skills.

Requirements

• Valid Life and Health insurance License (to be obtained if not already held).
• Bachelor's degree in Financial/Business or related field (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in sales (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in business development (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Nice-to-haves

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (recommended but not required).
