• Ensuring availability of fresh food and beverages and maintaining cleanliness in the casino.
• Implementing safety and security protocols, reporting issues promptly, and informing customers about promotions.
• Assisting customers in understanding how to play games on machines.
• Handling customer requests, complaints, and vendor concerns professionally and reporting incidents promptly.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining quality standards in all tasks.
• Maintaining flexibility in duties and schedule to support the operational needs of the casino.
• Consistently upholding and modeling the company's core values.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years.
• Clear background check with no felonies or misdemeanors related to theft or gaming violations.
• Ability to multitask, stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Proficient in basic language and mathematical skills.
• Capable of following instructions and correspondence accurately.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Demonstrates punctuality and reliability in attendance.
• Must maintain valid State and Parish Certifications and/or Licenses while on duty.
