About the position

The Foot & Ankle Sales Representative at Stryker is a full-time role focused on selling Foot & Ankle products to healthcare professionals, particularly surgeons. The representative is expected to become an expert in the product line, manage inventory meticulously, and provide training and advice to clients. This position requires a high level of commitment and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, particularly in operating rooms.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to meet customer needs.
• Become the resident expert on Foot & Ankle products for surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Manage and maintain inventory of products meticulously.
• Provide advice and training on products and tools used in surgeries.
• Organize materials and solutions quickly during operating room consultations.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospitals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of both).
• 3+ years of Sales Experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategies, and product demonstration techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office and databases.
• Experience in building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Ability to attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours.
• Adhere to compliance and ethical standards.
