Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic council to both clients and internal assets around user experience
  • Lead and provide oversight on the execution of technology enabled projects; i.e. websites, touch and interactive experiences, marketing automation, etc.
  • Assist in project planning and estimation processes
  • Support the Sr. UX and UX architects on their projects
  • Think strategically about business needs while looking for new opportunities to solve business problems and advocate for data-driven solutions and best practices
  • Partner with project managers to manage technical vendors and ensure aesthetic and functional user experiences are executed fully and within the parameters of the scope
  • Function as the UX/UI lead on web specific projects, working closely with creative partners to bring the product to life, and serving as subject and project expert for both account and client
  • Work closely with the experience team to create and deploy omnichannel strategies

Requirements

  • 7+ years (strategy, design background in digital agency preferred)
  • Design skills in Figma and XD, Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, QA, content strategy
  • Excellent at Organizing and Presenting Complex Information
  • Strong Communicator to both Colleagues and Clients, Microsoft Office, How to use a Mac
  • Have owned and led web projects on numerous occasions. Must have experience and be comfortable with leading a website project from research to release
  • Familiarity with digital ecosystems, channels, content and best practices. Comfortable with doing research and analytics
  • Create and present UX/UI deliverables/strategy internally and externally
  • Strong UX/UI research skills, advanced understanding in accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.0), usability heuristics and design principles
  • Good presentation skills
  • High aptitude for systems thinking
  • Basic understanding of CRM best practices
  • Experienced in crafting responsive website experiences
  • Basic understanding of omnichannel strategies and processes
