Responsibilities

  • Greet and communicate cordially with guests, checking them in and out of the hotel.
  • Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.
  • Post all charges accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage cash handling, including receiving payments and making change correctly.
  • Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel rates, discounts, and procedures for handling them.
  • Take same-day reservations efficiently, following cancellation and relocation procedures when necessary.
